Thurston County Law Enforcement RMS Consortium

The Thurston County Law Enforcement Records Management System (LERMS) Consortium is an intergovernmental organization comprised of the following law enforcement agencies: Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Yelm, Tenino, and Thurston County. LERMS was formed to allow the departments to share the cost of expensive records management software and to centralize the management of the system. LERMS is governed by the LERMS Board which is made up of the Chiefs of Police from each member city. One Chief is voted to be Chair each year. Every three years, the Board determines the Lead Agency for the consortium who handles the administrative and financial aspects of LERMS.

LERMS Consortium Meetings

The LERMS Board regular meetings are scheduled for the 3rd Thursday of the month at 1:00 p.m. at the Lacey Police Department.
