• A description of the stormwater facility retrofits needed for the area, including best management practice (BMP) types and preferred locations.
• Land management/development strategies for water quality management.
• Targeted or enhanced implementation of stormwater programmatic actions including:
  
  • Illicit discharge detection and elimination (IDDE) field screening,
  • Prioritization of Pollution Source Control inspections,
  • Operations and Maintenance (O&M) inspections or enhanced maintenance, or
  • Public Education and Outreach behavior change programs.
• If applicable, identify changes needed to local long-range plans to address SMAP priorities.
• A proposed implementation schedule and budget sources for:
  
  • Short-term actions (i.e., actions to be accomplished within six years), and
  • Long-term actions (i.e., actions to be accomplished within seven to 20 years).
• A process and schedule to provide future assessment and feedback to improve the planning process and implementation of procedures or projects.

Trosper Lake sub-basin was chosen as the priority sub-basin for the initial SMAP based on the findings of the prioritization process and will be incorporated within the City’s stormwater planning objectives through the development of programmatic actions and capital improvement projects.
