Lakeland Manor water use efficiency goals and achievements

• Maintain a 3% annual reduction of water consumption in the single family residential unit.

The ERU for Lakeland Manor increased from 2022 to 2023 from 173.6 to 195.6 gallons per day per connection, respectively. Therefore, the water system did not attain its goal in this respect.

• Maintain a peaking factor of 2.

The peaking factor for 2023 was 1.7.

• Reduce the 3-Year average distribution system leakage (DSL) to 5%.

Lakeland Manor water system continues to reach the DSL goal of 5%. In 2023, the DSL was 4.1% with a three-year running average of 2.7%.
