Please help us keep our city streets and utilities safe and in working order. If you notice a pothole, burned-out streetlight or other road or utility problem, please let us know. 

  • When you complete and submit an online form, your request will be reviewed by Public Works staff on the next regular business day
  • Please include your contact information so that we may clarify the location of the problem that you are reporting and respond to your request as necessary.
