TYP Events

Tumwater Youth Program (TYP) offers Friday evening activities for teens and pre-teens in the Tumwater community throughout the school year. Grade school activities are open to youth in grades 2-5 and middle school activities are open to youth in grades 6-8. TYP events are a place to have fun, socialize with friends, interact positively with adults, and so much more. Pre-registration is available for these events but not required.

Please note: Archery Tag Nights and Game Nights require pre-registration and pre-payment. Online registration preferred. Call (360) 754-4160 with questions.

Volunteers Needed

Tumwater Youth Program would not be possible without the generous support of our volunteers.  We are continually seeking individuals looking for opportunities to positively impact the lives of youth in our community. We welcome anyone (of high school age or older) who wants to share their time and talent to join us in providing this unique program. You must successfully pass a National Background Check and attend an orientation before you can volunteer.

Please complete the Volunteer Application to get started. Questions regarding volunteering or the application? Contact Josh Irwin, (360) 252-5464.
