Refund and Cancellation Policy

If a class is cancelled, your registration will be refunded in full.

If a participant withdraws from a class/program and requests a refund, the refund policy is as follows unless otherwise noted:

• At least 24 hours prior to the first class - 100%
• After the first class, or less than 24 hours prior to the first class - 80%
• After the second class - No refund

Note: Programs such as Dance Team, Day Camp, Tumwater Trippin', and youth sports leagues have separate policies. Please contact the Parks & Recreation office if you have questions.
