Transportation Operations is a part of the Transportation & Engineering Department.  All City streets and public rights-of-way are maintained to ensure everything is in working order and looking their best.  It is our aim to provide quality essential services to our residents.  As the City grows and expands, we remain dedicated to putting our resident's needs first.

To report a problem with City streets, sidewalks, and rights-of-way, contact Transportation Operations by phone or submit an online report.

• Call Transportation Operations at (360) 754-4150, daytime or after-hours.
• Complete a Report a Street or Sidewalk Problem online - an email message is sent directly to Transportation Operations staff. Be sure to include your phone number or email if you'd like staff to contact you.
