As-Builts for commercial buildings available

As-Builts are the final set of drawings a builder provides upon the completion of a project. A building’s layout can change during the construction process due to unforeseen obstacles, or accommodations that need to be made to better suit the building’s overall integrity. The City of Tumwater keeps As-Built plans for commercial buildings only – not private residences.

If you would like to request As-Built plans for a commercial project, please contact the City of Tumwater’s Transportation & Engineering Department at (360) 754-4140. Fees apply for producing copies.
