Online Reporting

You  may report a crime online ONLY if it meets all of the following criteria:

  • It is classified as a theft, vehicle prowl, vandalism, or lost property case.
  • There is a single victim.
  • The loss does not exceed $3000.
  • There are no more than five stolen items.
  • There is no suspect information.
  • There are no leads. No video recordings, photos, or other relevant details are available.
  • No firearms or license plates were stolen.

If you meet all of the above criteria, please use P2C Online Services to make  your report.

After submission, the reporting party will receive an e-mail notification of:

  • Approval: The assigned case number will be provided.
  • Rejection: Outline of additional information needed or direction for officer contact.

Police Records Request

You may request police records and collision reports through our public records portal. All responsive records will be uploaded to the portal. Please visit our Public Records Center to make your request.

Please note:

  • Per state law, every request will receive a response within five business days.
  • Large requests may take additional time to complete or may be provided in installments.
  • If you do not have a case number, please provide details like date, time, involved parties, or addresses which can help us to properly identify responsive reports.
  • Collision reports may take up to two weeks for officers to complete. Major collisions that involve further investigation can take several weeks to resolve and reports may not be available in the interim.
  • Reports involving minors, banking information, medical records, etc. may require redaction. You will be notified if this is necessary.
